Short-term investment opportunities consist of projects where we obtain the property, improve the property then sell for the best financial benefit. We do extensive research on the areas we invest in and the specific properties we purchase. In some cases, the projects are single family dwellings developed with the hope of adding to the opportunities for homeownership. In other cases, the projects may be multifamily or mixed used projects created with the hope of attracting other investors into the community. As an investor in the project, you receive a return based on the level of your investment.
Long-term investment opportunities consist of projects where we obtain the property and most likely improve it with the intent to rent or lease. These projects tend to be the larger of the project types we undertake. Many of these projects will be multi-family or mixed use. In most cases we have been able to work with community leaders to understand the needs of the community and how our project will impact the community. As part owner of the property you will receive dividends based on the level of your investment and the rent/lease rates of the property.
